Evocative of the black-tie nightlife often found on Chicago's Lakefront, the Chicago Groom Center is dressed in a midnight black finish. Under its elegant veneer is a triple coating of copper, nickel and chrome. The distinctive laser-engraved HOMMAGE logo tops each shaving component. Only the finest Grade A silvertip badger hair is selected, then artfully assembled by hand to create the perfect dome shape before being affixed to the brush. Badger hair is renowned for its ability to absorb and retain water, opening the pores on your face and readying your skin for the best shave ever.

HOMMAGE's patented magnetic technology holds the perfectly weighted razor and shaving brush close to the chrome polished stand. The brush hangs downward so the badger hair dries in the most natural and beneficial way, prolonging the life of the bristles. The rubber sole of the stand protects the bathroom counter and is weighted to prevent tipping when the razor or brush is removed or replaced. The chrome-plated, spring-loaded ejector button on the Chicago Razor handle quickly releases the blade.

All HOMMAGE Razors accommodate Gillette MACH3 blades.

Functionality
The HOMMAGE Groom Center is first cast in a zinc alloy, then copper- and nickel-plated. Each piece is finished with a durable, high gloss chrome and hand polished. The entire collection is scratch resistant and virtually corrosion-free.

The curvature and precise weight of the HOMMAGE Razor ergonomically molds to your hand to produce a smooth and extremely comfortable shave using the market leading, Gillette MACH3 blade. The HOMMAGE Brush is made with only top grade silvertip badger hair to retain soap and water, open the pores and prevent ingrown hairs.

Both razor and brush are attached to a balanced stand using patented magnetic functionality with the brush suspended down, allowing it to dry properly and increase the lifetime of the bristles.
