We guarantee the highest quality product.
Because we send out our very best, including delicate and breakable items, we do not accept returns on purchases.

All orders are sent fully insured. Should a package arrived damaged due to shipping, please reach the carrier immediately and email customerservice@afashionablelife.com within 24-48 hours.

Shipping

We are happy to ship both domestic and international orders.

Domestic

You'll receive your selections within 2 to 6 business days for ground delivery once your order has been confirmed and shipped (not valid on international orders) afashionablelife will e-mail you your tracking number as soon as your parcel ships. In most cases, your order will be shipped via USPS Priority and will be delivered in 2-3 business days.

An adult signature is required on all orders over $1000.

We apologize, however, we do not ship to PO Boxes or Military Addresses. Please provide a complete street address at checkout.

RUSH 2-Day delivery is available for an extra charge per addressee. Orders must be recieved by 1PM PST to ensure shipment.

International Shipping: Timing and Duties
Since international shipments are subject to verification, paperwork and certain credit card security checks, please allow up to 7 business days for your item to ship; however it is likely your order will go out within 3 business days. Your order is sent Priority International and generally will take 6-10 business days. Rates vary by country and are priced by weight. Select larger items in our collection are not available for international shipping due to size.

All duties and taxes are the recipient's obligation. The recipient will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations. We are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT. If you have any additional questions please email customerservice@afashionablelife.com afashionablelife uses USPS, UPS or DHL International Priority for all its international shipments. From the date of shipment, delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days for major markets. We will e-mail you your tracking number as soon as your parcel ships.

We will request signature at delivery. Please be sure a person is able to receive the package at your delivery address.

* Again, all international customers are responsible for customs fees within their given country. please check with your local customs office for further inquiries.

Privacy

AFashionableLife takes your privacy seriously. We will not sell, rent, or distribute your name, e-mail address or other identifiable information to any third party without your consent.

We collect your name, shipping and billing addresses, telephone numbers, and e-mail address in order to deliver your orders promptly and to the proper location. We use your e-mail address to send you two emails following a purchase. The first is to confirm your purchase; the second is to confirm your order has been shipped and to provide tracking information.

At no time does AFashionableLife have access to credit card information with orders placed online.
